Chateau Garreau: Over 300 years of Armagnac, over 100 years of family history
Château Garreau is in the heart of the golden triangle of Armagnac, the "1st Grand Crus of Grand Bas Armagnac" as they were called. Also known as the Gayrosse estate, Château Garreau today covers 82 hectares, straddling the Landes and Gers departments. Its location, in the heart of Bas Armagnac, near the medieval town (13th century) of Labastide d'Armagnac, makes it one of the most beautiful jewels of Armagnac
Divine nature, paradise in Gascony, its sunny terroir, its oak woods, its old underground cellar that is more than a century old, ideal for ageing Armagnacs, its Armagnac stills still in use, give Château Garreau Armagnacs an incomparable personality, flavour and bouquet, where the scent of sloes and violets is fragrant
