This fabulous and sophisticated Baeckaoffa with Wild-Boar is a real festive dish! Baeckeoffe is a traditional dish from Alsace. The dish is like a stew with three types of meat, along with potatoes, making up the bulk of the ingredients

  • The meat is marinated in red wine and spices overnight and then slow-cooked for a long time in between layers of potatoes, carrots, leeks and onions in a ceramic dish
  • Preparation: Heat in bain-marie for 20mn (jar opened) or in a saucepan over low heat for 15mn. Serve very hot with a salad and Pinot Noir from Alsace
  • Composition: Vegetables 58% (potatoes, onions, carrots, leeks), wild boar (14%), beef (10%), lamb (10%), red wine (5%), spices
  • Size: 950g Jar (serves 2/3) and 1430g Jar (serves 3/4 people)
