  • A clay soil, often pebbly and on a steep slope, characterise this vineyard, located between 270 and 350 meters in altitude. Riesling and Muscat take best advantage of the sunny exposure of this 11.40 acre vineyard. It was quoted for the first time, back in 1328, by the famous historian Medard Barth.
  • Fine and well structured, the Bott Freres Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauville 2018 AOC displays an elegant bouquet which over time develops characteristics of the clayey-limestone soil 
  • Ideal at the beginning of a meal, with a shrimp salad with lemon, a carpaccio of scampi or slices of fresh salmon with ginger, noble fish or goat cheese such as crottin de Chavignol
