Confit prepared according to traditional recipes from South West France using the best goose legs.
- Goose meat has, for generations, been regarded as the noblest and finest delicacy of the Perigord region
- Heat in the oven at 180˚C for around 20 minutes in goose fat. Grill the skin for a few minutes to make it crispy. Serve warm with fried diced potatoes, porcini, green beans, or cold with a green salad
- Ingredients: goose legs, goose fat, salt. No additives or preservatives
- Shelf life: 4 years at room temperature
