- Our Pastis is made from essential oils of star anise, and from the distillation of Mediterranean plants such as green anise, fennel, lemon balm, etc... A licorice infusion completes its very aromatic personality together with a touch of Curacao and Bitter Orange that bring color and aromatic subtleties
