Prunelle de Bourgogne is one of Jacoulot’s great specialities. The sloes, referred to as "plosses" in the Burgundy region, are picked after the first frosts when they are bursting with sugar. Some of the fruit’s stones are broken up in order to start a maceration which will last over a year in order to extract all the aromatic qualities of the fruit stones

  • Prunelle de Bourgogne reveals a unique almond and frangipane aroma wafting from your glass
  • Enjoy as an aperitive, 3cl Prunelle with a Crémant de Bourgogne or a white wine; in a cocktail with 1.5cl Prunelle, 1.5 cl Crème de Pêche de Vigne and a sparkling wine; as a digestive, neat in a frosted glass
