Our Pure Creme de Cassis de Dijon, premier jus vierge (first virgin juice), is produced exclusively from the blackcurrant variety "Noir de Bourgogne". Its exceptional aromatic and taste qualities come from the perfect balance between the carefully selected blackcurrants, alcohol and sugar, that has made the product universally acclaimed

  • The juice of the fruit, which has macerated for 10-12 weeks in neutral alcohol, is collected without pressing, hence the name "premier jus vierge". It feels like biting into the fresh fruit.  Enjoy its deep violet colour, its intense fruit flavour and its long velvety texture
  • Make a "Kir" by adding 2cl Creme de Cassis with white wine, or a "Kir Royal" using Champagne or Sparkling wine. With Red wine, the same method will produce a "Communard". You can also serve a chocolate fondant with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with Creme de Cassis.
