This Speculoos mix is perfect for making your very own home-made speculoos biscuits!
This biscuit is a true classic in Belgium, Germany, Holland and in Northern France. Traditionally, it was handed out to children on 6th December, on St Nicolas’ day. Nowadays, it’s the ideal companion for a cup of coffee, a tiramisu or even duck breast!
- Use 1 teaspoon of the mix per kilo of dough
- Ingredients: Cinnamon, coriander, fennel, anise, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper
