Our Foie Gras Supplier had the honour to have been commissioned by Rémy Martin to create a unique and exclusive Foie Gras using their unique Rémy Martin XO Excellence, renowned for its texture, complexity and richness, featuring  smoothness and a perfect balance

  • For a sublime starter, serve on thinly-sliced toasted bread or brioche with fig compote and dressed salad
  • Ducks only used from a small number of carefully selected French farms where the animals are raised ethically following age-old traditions
  • Keep the unopened pack in the fridge (+0c +4c) and consume before the date indicated on the pack. Once opened, keep the pack sealed and refrigerated and consume within 3 days
  • Ingredients: free-range duck sourced from French farms, wine, Remy Martin XO cognac, salt and pepper
