1 Will I be charged VAT?
For export of items outside the European Union, the current VAT (value added tax) rate will be deducted at the time of goods dispatch where applicable.
2 Will I incur import duties?
Zouf.biz cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. Zouf.biz can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.
3 Which countries do you export to?
We currently deliver to most overseas destinations unless new rules and regulations apply at the time of purchase.
Please do contact us if you wish us to send an order to a country that does not appear when you place an order, and we will be happy to check with our Suppliers and provide you with a quote for this specific location.
We are unable to guarantee successful delivery of any order that has a delivery address outside of the United Kingdom and we except no liability for orders lost or damaged if the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom.
