References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us" and "Zouf.biz" are to Zouf Limited (Company number 7168478), Registered office 169 Franciscan Road, London SW17 8DJ.
Before you place an order, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.
1. Online Shopping
1.1 Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
1.2 By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
1.3 Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
1.4 Visitors to the site buying alcohol and/or knives must be over the age of 18.
2. Acceptance of your Order
2.1 You can place an order in one of two ways, either online or over the telephone.
2.2 Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock - see 7. Product Availability/Information below
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to reject acceptance of any order at any time in our absolute discretion
2.3.1 Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Zouf.biz. Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days, please contact us by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +44 2087672694. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
2.3.2 Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and Zouf.biz will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation instructions set out below.
2.4 Over the Telephone
2.4.1 We will be delighted to help you place an order over the telephone, advise you on the range of products and services we offer on our website and help you with queries about payment.

2.4.3 Where you place an order over the telephone, you will be given a customer reference number as an acknowledgement of your order. Please note that your order is not accepted at this stage. We accept your order for an item ordered over the telephone at the point of your order being dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the order cancellation instructions set out below.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1 Under the terms of the UK Distance Shipping Regulations, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 7 business days. To do so, you must let us know in writing of your decision to cancel within that 7 day period, and this should be done by sending an email to email@example.com, including your full name, postal address and the product reference.
3.2 Items that are expressly made-to-order are exempt from this and are not entitled to be returned in accordance with Distance Shipping Regulations. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
3.3 If you do cancel the contract within this time and that the product has not yet been dispatched, any payment made by you will be refunded in full. We will contact you by email when the refund has been made. If your order has been dispatched or if you have already received the goods, please refer to our Returns Policy in section 4
4.1 Returns Policy
4.1.1 The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website or over the telephone.
4.1.2 If you wish to return goods to us for a refund, you will need to inform us of your intention within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This should be done in writing, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email should include your full name, postal address, the invoice number and your reason for returning the goods. We will acknowledge your email and you are required to return the goods to us within 7 working days of the date of our email. Our email will provide you with a return address.
4.1.3 Zouf.biz requires the goods are returned to us in the same conditions you received it, with all packaging and shrink wrap intact. It is your responsibility to take care to ensure that goods being returned are protected and securely packed. We will not be able to give refunds on goods damaged whilst being returned to us because they have been insufficiently packed and protected. The original delivery note should be enclosed with the goods. You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept liability should the goods be lost during their return to us.
4.1.4 Once we have received the goods and are able to confirm that the above conditions have been met, a refund will be made. We will contact you by email to advise you of this. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser, using the same method by which the original order was paid.
4.2 Returns Procedure
4.2.1 Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union, including the UK, purchasing goods from suppliers located in France, also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven days working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item as follows:
- Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the cost of the item.
- Where you are returning an entire order, we will refund the cost of the items for the entire order returned including the delivery charge.
- Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
- We will not refund your costs in returning the items to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase such as the cost of gift wrapping, unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
4.2.2 Items returned because they are incorrect, damaged or defective
If you are returning an item because of an error on Zouf.biz’ part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Please, obtain a receipt of delivery in order to secure a refund for your delivery costs.
Zouf.biz will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
4.2.3 Made-to-Order/Measure, or Personalised Items returns and refunds
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Zouf.biz reserves the right not to offer refunds on items that have been designed or personalised at the customer’s request.
If you receive a made-to-order or bespoke item that is damaged or defective, you should contact Zouf.biz immediately, within 7 business days, quoting your order reference number and explain the issue with the item. In the event of Zouf.biz sending a replacement for a damaged or defective item, you must return the item to us within 7 days of the date on which Zouf.biz confirms we will issue a replacement. If the item is not received within this date, Zouf.biz reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order.
4.2.4 Other Items which cannot be returned for a refund for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.
- Perishable goods, including food and certain hampers;
- Beauty products and fragrance;
- Clothes damaged in the wash and ladies' and men's briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms, unless the protective adhesive strip is still in place or the item is unsoiled and in a saleable condition

5. Payment Methods
5.1 All payments for goods must be made when the order is placed. We will not reserve or despatch goods before payment is received.
5.2 Online orders
5.2.1 For online orders you may pay on the secure online order form. We accept payment by American Express, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit, and PayPal. You will find additional Terms and Conditions for PayPal payments at www.paypal.co.uk. Zouf.biz operates the highest level of security, meaning your card details are not retained. Should we need to issue a refund due to a price change or item being out of stock we may need to re-contact you to obtain your card details, unless paid through Paypal.
5.2.2 Our website uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the www.zouf.biz in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.
5.2.3 These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorised use when you shop with us. To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organisation that issued your card. Once you've registered and created your own private password with your card issuer, you will be prompted automatically at checkout to provide this password each time you make a purchase.
5.2.4 Please note: Your Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode™ password is not your Zouf.biz account password. Zouf.biz do not have access to your Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode™ password.
5.3 Telephone orders
5.3.1 For telephone orders you may pay by bank transfer but please note that the order will not be confirmed, nor items reserved, until payment is received which can take 3 working days.
5.3.1 You may also pay by cheque for British accounts only, payment to be in British pounds sterling. Cheques payable to Zouf Limited. Please write your name, postal address and order number on the reverse of the cheque. But please note that the order will not be confirmed, nor items reserved, until payment is received which can take 5 working days.
6. Pricing Policy
6.1 All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
6.2 UK VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from goods dispatched to non-EU countries. The deduction will be made before payment is collected.
6.3 Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order, in respect of the incorrectly priced item, as cancelled.
7. Product Availability / Information
7.1 We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out, it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again.
7.2 Prices of products may change from time to time. If items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or sold at a higher price than shown on your order, we will contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you via telephone or email, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced and will continue to process the remaining items on your order (where applicable).
7.3 All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than the item it is replacing. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. If a replacement item is of greater value, you will be liable to pay for the difference in product values.

7.5 Alcohol Products
- In accordance with UK legislation and under the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18, or liqueur chocolates if you are under the age of 16.
- In accepting these Conditions you agree to provide Zouf.biz truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
- Prices shown on Alcohol are inclusive of any VAT, duties or other taxes applicable to them. In order to comply with Customs and Excise Regulations, you agree to notify Zouf.biz immediately of their arrival indicating if there are any discrepancies such as shortage, surpluses, wrong product from the Purchase Order.
- Delivery of Alcoholic Products to the UK only.
- Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume in moderation.
8. Delivery Information
Please note that the below delivery information applies to orders placed online through Zouf.biz or telephone orders. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to UK BFPO or UK PO box addresses.
8.1 Delivery Timing
8.1.1 Please note that Zouf.biz cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore please allow up to 10 working days for delivery within the UK and Europe and 15 working days for International delivery unless alternative dates are stated in the product description. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK and French public holidays. We are unable to guarantee delivery earlier that this time frame.
8.1.2 This is subject to goods being in stock and payment authorisation.
8.1.3 If you have any special delivery requirements or would like to add a note for the shipper, you can do this during the check out process. Once the order has been placed, there is no opportunity to add further notes and you should contact us for further support.
8.2 Delivery Charges
When you buy an item at Zouf.biz, your products purchased are shipped directly from any one or more of our approved suppliers located in France. Each supplier has its own shipping terms and costs. To make it easier and more cost effective for you, Zouf.biz has set up a fix shipping cost worked on the average weight for the whole order, disregarding the method of shipment and whether it comes from multiple suppliers or not. Your products may also arrive separately, but this won’t make your shipping cost more expensive.

8.2.3 International delivery
- We deliver a wide selection of our online products to over 40 countries worldwide. However, we regret we do not deliver perishable products outside Europe and certain other products are not exportable
- Zouf.biz cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item ordered, or charge any import duty on such items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Zouf.biz cannot be held responsible for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

8.3 Message Card and Gift Wrapping
We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service for orders placed through zouf.biz or through telephone orders, but customers can select to add a message to their order during the checkout process.

9.2 Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
9.3 You may access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. Provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices, you may:
- retrieve and display the content of the website on a screen;
- print copies of the content for your own personal use; and
- store the content in electronic form (except that you may not store it on any server or other storage device connected to a network).

- for commercial purposes;

10. Liability and Indemnity
10.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability or the liability of any other person for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our or their negligence. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use or misuse of the website or customer services. You agree to receive communications from us electronically in this way and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications to be in writing.
The website and telephone Order line are controlled and operated in the UK. These Terms and Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place on our website or over the telephone are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or your use of customer services or any order you place on the website or through the Order line.
13.1 We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
13.2 We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
13.3 If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.
