All our Foie Gras are made exclusively from Mulard ducks that are reared in the Landes or Vendee region of France
Our Ducks are free range, 100% naturally fed (corn, wheat, soybeans, minerals and vitamins), using neither animal flour nor GM food, and with no antibiotic treatment
With a local and reasoned agriculture, our Ducks benefit in the Landes from breeding in the open air on grassy courses and in a natural environment
