- As much as Duck Confit is more popular, Goose Confit is more refined and delicate to the palate and will certainly attract the gourmets!
- Heat in the oven at 180˚C for around 10 minutes in goose fat, then put under the grill for 3 minutes to grill the skin. Serve with fried diced potatoes, porcini
- Ingredients: goose leg, goose fat, salt. No additives or preservatives
- Shelf life: 4 years at room temperature
