A renowned French Lobster Bisque, made using classic, authentic recipes from Brittany, using only the best produce. This is one of the finest and most highly-recommended lobster soups you will taste. It can also be used as a base for sauces and seafood dishes

  • To serve, pour the soup into a pan and warm on a low heat without boiling. Garnish with your choice of crème fraîche, plain croutons, grated cheese and rouille
