Preparation for Rice Pudding with Almonds and Lavender
The round Camargue rice in this unique version is elevated by the crunch of roasted almonds and paired with the delicate and floral notes of lavender, resulting in a pretty purple colour and a subtle fragrance that add a touch of elegance to your pudding
- Mix 75cl of milk, 25cl of cream and 60g of brown sugar. Add the rice mixture. Bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for 25 min, stirring regularly. Transfer to small bowls or a salad bowl. Leave to cool, serve chilled
- Keep for up to 48 hours after cooking in a cool place
