Montbriac is a blue cheese produced from pasteurized cow's milk. Aged for at least 1 month, it is a blue-veined dairy product with an ash-coloured (grey) rind that delivers a very slightly distinctive flavour compared to other blue cheeses
- With a texture surprisingly similar to Reblochon, Montbriac blue cheese can also be easily identified by cheese lovers by its regular cylindrical shape, with its rounded heels and its slightly veined, ivory-coloured paste
- We recommend tasting Montbriac with crispy rye bread to fully appreciate this blue cheese
