  • Cylindrical shape with cavity in its upper part. Light orange to red-brown rind with possibly a small white down which will become red-brown as it matures. White, slightly chalky in the center. Penetrating, intense and distinctive odour
  • Pleasantly strong, it becomes more powerful with age
