This fish soup is a small-scale production soup from local fisheries in Brittany, a classic dish from France. This is a very high quality and tasty "home-made" soup with powerful fish aroma and a creamy texture
- To serve, pour the soup into a pan and warm on a low heat without boiling. Garnish with your choice of crème fraîche, plain croutons, grated cheese and rouille
