Wonderful cheese which liberates all of the raw milk flavours from french mountain pastures. Our Raclette is a firm salted cheese made from cow's milk produced in the French regions of Savoie and Franche-Comté
- The cheese comes in to its own when heated and the full nutty, sweet and slightly fruity aroma is intensified, combined with the molten texture it makes a delicious winter meal.
- Melted, it is traditionally eaten with dried meat, charcuterie and potatoes
