- Black truffle breakings are the perfect way to elevate an array of dishes, such as risottos, potato gratins, game or fish. You will need to heat the breakings gently to release all their flavour
- To enjoy all the flavour of these black truffle breakings, make sure you respect these quantities: Allow 10-15 grams per person. When adding to a recipe, allow for 10% of black truffle breakings. So, for 100 grams of risotto, allow for at least 10g of black truffle breakings
