  • These black truffle breakings are bottled then sterilised to preserve the delicious black truffle aromas. The sterilisation process also means that the truffle breakings can be stored for longer, so are not dependent on the fresh truffle season
  • Black truffle breakings are the perfect way to elevate an array of dishes, such as risottos, potato gratins, game or fish. You will need to heat the breakings gently to release all their flavour
  • To enjoy all the flavour of these black truffle breakings, make sure you respect these quantities: Allow 10-15 grams per person. When adding to a recipe, allow for 10% of black truffle breakings. So, for 100 grams of risotto, allow for at least 10g of black truffle breakings
