Beaufort d'Alpage AOC, one of the noble Alpine cheeses, is produced exclusively from unpasteurized cow's milk in the French Alps of the Haute-Savoie

  • Beaufort cheese has a strict AOC labeling requirements. It must be made in a mountain chalet, during the summer months, from a single herd of cattle grazing in the mountain pastures
  • Beaufort has a clean taste with an aroma that reminds you of the herbs and grasses in the high pastures
  • Size: Around 250g, 500g, 750g, 1kg, 40kg (whole wheel)

      Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
