This delicious Bayonne Cured Ham is an essential element of the Basque gastronomy. It has been prepared in the most authentic Basque tradition: slightly rose-coloured and seasoned with Espelette Chilli Pepper

  • This ham is usually served on its own, wafer-thinly sliced, or with fresh melon to fully appreciate its flavour
  • Ingredients: ham, salt, sugar, spices, preservative (potassium nitrate)
  • Size: 1/4 ham off the bone (around 1.2kg) and 5/6 slices (around 180g)
