Symbolic signature cuvée of the estate since 4 generations. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from grand cru estate vineyards in Verzy and Verzenay. The estate only has 8 hectares of vines so production is small and everything is still done manually in the old family tradition

• Kept and aged for at least 3 years in traditional chalk cellars
• A faithful representation of the the distribution of the soil which diffuses a subtle fruitiness scent and refreshing yet luscious taste
• Tasting notes: Intense effervescence at first, with a taste of fruits and white flowers, a mouthful yet very balanced. Typical minerality of a true Champagne
• A must-have for aperitif; it will also surprise you with white meat such as a veal roast and morels
