  • The crunchy sensation and flavour of the full-bodied chocolate gently gives way to the pronounced and warm taste of Espelette Pepper which displays a good length in the mouth at the end of the tasting
  • Even if the Espelette Pepper is reputed to be quite mild compared to other peppers, the spicy sensation remains in the mouth for quite a long time
  • The chocolates will keep all their flavours if they are kept away from humidity and at a temperature from 18° to 20°
