Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Black Truffles, No.1 “La Douce” AOP Nyons - 100ml

£24⁰⁰

The noble intensity of an AOP Nyons Extra Virgin Olive Oil meets the aromatic elegance of Black Truffle. Just a few drops are enough to transform an everyday dish into a gastronomic creation!

Naturally more structured and powerful than a traditional Olive Oil, AOP Nyons reveals notes of fresh grass, green apple and hazelnut. This strong personality allows the truffle to remain subtle on the palate, creating a delicate and refined balance
Ideal for:
- Seasoning scallop or beef carpaccio,
- Enhancing homemade mashed potatoes or a creamy risotto,
- Perfecting burrata or mozzarella di bufala,
- Adding an unexpected twist to vanilla ice cream or a chocolate dessert
Drizzle over your dishes. Avoid cooking at high temperatures. Can also be enjoyed by the spoon or on toast to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities
Store in a dry, cool and dark place
Size: 100ml Bottle
