A selection of gourmet terrines for you to enjoy 4 different varieties!
Our terrines have been prepared following secret recipes handed down from generation to generation. They are all made by hand and the tins filled manually with a fork. All the ingredients have been carefully selected to ensure quality and flavour. A perfect product for gourmets!
The Terrines are:
- Pheasant, containing wild pheasant, whose strong flavour is enhanced by a Garlic Confit. The Provencal Garlic Confit has been slowly cooked and poached in olive oil, adding a touch of tenderness to the terrine- Wild Boar, flavoured with Provencal Rosemary and prepared in a traditional manner. Wild Boar meat is similar to pork but it has a stronger flavour. It is also a lean meat with a low lipid content- Roe Deer, made with chunks of meat from the finest game. The added Pink Peppercorn provides a smoothness that will melt in your mouth!- Hare, combining the fine taste of this little game with the rich and spicy taste of the "Sarriette" (savoury: a culinary aromatic spice)The terrines will be at their best if chilled one hour before tasting. Serve with country bread or as a starter with green salad
Free from artificial colours or additives. The absence of added colours and additives can cause a change in colour to the terrine a few hours after opening, but this does not alter the taste at all
