A luxurious and tasty Langoustine Velouté made with langoustines and sea fish from local Brittany fishing. A very high quality product with the flavours of homemade soups thanks to its richness and thick texture

  • To serve, pour the soup into a pan and warm on a low heat without boiling. Garnish with your choice of crème fraîche, croutons, grated cheese
