Livarot Cheese - 200g

£995

Livarot Cheese - 200g

Livarot is one of the most old and fragrant AOP cheeses from Normandy

  • Easily identifiable by its 5 strips, this cheese is soft, washed rind and is produced from thermized cow's milk. Its odour is normally strong with a fairly strong taste
  • Matured for a minimum period of 3 weeks, the 5 bands on the cheese prevent the product from sagging, this also earns it the name "colonel". At the end of its maturation, it will have a very smooth, shiny rind, red brown to dark brown colour, while obtaining a fine and elastic paste
  • Ingredients: Thermized cow’s milk
  • Size: 200g
