  • The pheasant terrine contains wild pheasant, whose strong flavour is enhanced by Provencal Garlic Confit, slowly cooked and poached in olive oil, adding a touch of tenderness to the terrine
  • Serve chilled. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 5 days
