    • Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan. Then add two jars of water and stir in the polenta
    • Then add two jars of milk to the mixture. In all, you will need 4 parts liquid for 1 part polenta
    • Mix well and bring to the boil
    • Then cook on a low heat for around 7 minutes, stirring constantly
    • Serve immediately in deep plates with a drizzle of white truffle flavoured olive oil
