Probably one of the oldest cheeses of Normandy, Pont l'Eveque AOC is made from whole cow's milk and manufactured throughout the year

  • Square-shaped, the cheese is a pale yellow colour, while its rind has white-orange colour
  • A soft and very rich cheese with a creamy and full-bodied flavour. Tastes best when eaten at room temperature

    It was a present for a chef who had heard of the cheese but had not tried it. He was completely bowled over by it.
