Reblochon Fermier AOC cheese is a mountain cheese from the Haute-Savoie region which is lightly pressed, uncooked and made from full-cream, unpasteurised cow's milk

  • It features a fine velvety rind, varying from yellow to orange in colour. The close- textured pate is very smooth, supple and ivory in colour
  • Reblochon has delicate and subtle flavours: a slight scent of the cellar, a mild fruity taste and an intense, nutty aftertaste
  • Size: Around 500g
