• Location:

The chalet is located in the ski resort of Evasion Mont-Blanc, in the village of Saint Nicolas de Véroce, just a minute’s walk from the ski lift. The ski lift takes you up to the Saint Nicolas de Véroce and Saint-Gervais ski area, which allows the possibility of skiing over to Megève.

Though it has many facilities, St Nicolas de Véroce is a traditional Savoyard village with intact charm offering peace and a simpler way of life away from crowded stations.

Mont-Joly (2525m), whose green slopes are adjacent to the village, is considered the finest  viewpoint of Mont Blanc.

The village is proud to have in his very simple and beautiful baroque church, an altarpiece with rich mouldings and a treasure of incomparable objects (classified MH) highlighted the superb Museum of Sacred Art.

At an altitude of 1180m facing the Mont Blanc, its location, sheltered from the wind, actually a mountain resort with a rich and healthy air.

Easily accessible against a backdrop of high peaks, St Nicolas de Véroce is set on a natural balcony and boasts a view featured in the tourist guides, and is one of the most attractive of the resorts that surround Mont Blanc.

The Property

Chalet Damour is a newly built but traditionally styled chalet offering peace and serenity in an area of great natural beauty, with a stunning mountain backdrop.

Combining modernity and authenticity, the chalet is decorated with charm and furnished for comfort.

The ground floor comes with a large and inviting living room. The central log fireplace adds cosy warmth and is a great focal point for relaxing after an exhilarating day on the slopes. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, which can seat up to 10 people. There is also a convenient ski room for all your gear, and laundry facilities. The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout.

With the option to explore the likes of Megève, Saint-Gervais and Saint Nicolas itself, you really are spoilt for choice at Chalet Damour.

The chalet is entered on the ground floor either through the main front door or ski room door.

The ground floor comprises:

• An open-plan layout with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a spacious lounge area with large, comfortable sofa and log fire
• Bedroom 1: Double bed with an ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), double washbasin, toilet, TV, wardrobe
