With their delicate spicy taste and wonderful flavour, Espelette Chili Peppers are famous all over the world; a must in your kitchen!
- In the old days, the string of Espelette Peppers was left to dry naturally on the façades of local houses. They were then placed in a bread oven to finish drying and eventually left to cool down before being crushed. The Espelette Chili seeds were crushed at the same time as the fruits
- Cut the pepper into small pieces to flavour a soup or a sauce, or by crushing it to make your own child powder. Also decorative when hung in your kitchen!
- Size: string with 20 peppers - around 150g
