Our truffle terrine has been prepared following secret recipes handed down from generation to generation. They are all made by hand and the jars are filled manually with a fork. All the ingredients have been carefully selected to ensure the best quality and flavour. Perfect for gourmets!
- The terrine is made using the powerful aroma of fresh black truffles (3%) from Provence that bring a delicate flavour to this exceptional terrine
- Serve chilled. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 5 days
- Ingredients: Pork meat from the Hautes-Alpes (raised in accordance with the specifications of "Provenance Montagne"), pork liver, poultry liver, black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) from Provence 3%, salt, marc de Provence, spices, aromatics
