Ingredients:
- 250g Brioche Dough,
- 150gr Pink Praline Crushed
Preparation:

Weight 250gr of brioche dough, roll out to a thickness of 5mm.

Add 150gr of Praline Crushed in the centre of the dough. Fold in the 4 corners, make a quarter turn and repeat. Turn and fold in again.

Set aside for 5 to10 minutes.

Fold in the 4 corners and make into ball. Leave to prove.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 40 mins
